Moving Day

Well our girlie moved out to her apartment yesterday and today. She is all grown up and in college now... as much as I don't want to accept it! Last night, none of her other roommates were there yet so she had Kotah sleep over at her apartment with her so she wouldn't be lonely or scared by herself. He's decided that he is going to give us joint custody of him... weekdays with me and Kelly and weekends with his sister... ha ha silly boy. He won't be able to stay now since the roommates are starting to show up but he loves to be with her and will miss her so much. I am glad they had that night to just hang out and have some fun together before everything starts and they are so busy with everything that the school year brings for them both.

Her apartment will have six girls in it. It has 3 bedrooms(2 to each room), 2 bathrooms with full tub/showers, a nice kitchen and dining area and a living room. It is furnished with beds, kitchen table, couches, a huge bean bag, a TV and a washer and dryer in each apartment. They have cable and wireless internet also. Their apartment complex is just for college housing but is so much nicer than the dorms would be. They also have a hot tub, and sand volleyball courts and a club house with a TV, exercise equipment, pool table etc...

So, it is a nice little community for them. And she can walk to class or ride her bicycle while it's warm and she won't have to look for parking at the college. She is excited for this new adventure in her life.
